Russ Forbes One of East Iowa's first CLP members; works in a bank but has experience in farming, too; spent a few years in Alaska before coming home to Iowa; member of United Presbyterian Church in Lone Tree; currently available for commissioning.	Sallie Graves Became a Presbyterian after serving for several years as a minister in the Society of Friends (Quakers)--ask her for the full story sometime--it's quite a tale. Sallie is a member of the Ainsworth Community Church. Susan Houseman Susan Houseman is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Davenport. She is currently serving as a care center chaplain, and works on a daily basis with people of many different religious backgrounds.	Carol Kelly Carol Kelly is a member of the Newcomb Presbyterian Church. She comes to us with extensive experience in Clinical Pastoral Education. Her hope is that CLP training will help her become more involved in chaplaincy work.

Phil Leipold In his former life, Phil sold insurance but since he discovered the joy of serving in a pastoral role, he left all that behind; don't let his gentle and caring demeanor fool you--he's a real dynamo in the pulpit; member of Newcomb Presbyterian Church in Davenport; currently serving the Stanwood Union Church.	Elaine Markuson Elaine most recently served as a professor in the Department of Religious Studies at Forman Christian College in Lahore, Pakistan. Elaine has returned home and waits expectantly for the Holy Spirit to guide her into a new phase in her discipleship. Her home congregation is First Presbyterian Church of Iowa City.	Karen Minnis Has experienced many religious traditions during her faith journey and even studied for a while to be ordained as a Lutheran minister; Karen has a very gentle spirit and is always able to listen to someone in need; member of First Presbyterian Church in Winfield.
